Description: That, the Hospital of Salvador needs to have an AGREEMENT FOR THE SUPPLY OF TAMSULOSIN / DUTASTERIDE CAPSULE IN THE EVENT OF NON-DISPATCH OF CENABASTFOR THE HOSPITAL DEL SALVADOR in order to adequately and efficiently satisfy the care work during the period 2023-2025. That, the hospital must implement "Complementary Measures" to ensure the supply of medicines mediated by CENABAST, given the reiteratestwo stock outages and breaches derived from its suppliers; That, for the amount determined, this tender is located in the section for contracts of those equal to or greater than 1,000 UTM and less than 5,000 UTM, in accordance with Article 19 bis of the Regulation of Law No. 11edf014045db26d31a02a5bbb88919979,886, in view of the fact that the therapies cannot be interrupted due to the adverse effects they generate.
