Products or services: Reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT PCR) kits
Given that in accordance with the provisions of Art. 35 of Law No. 19,886, Art. 35 bis of Law 21,634 and Article 29 of Decree 661 2024, of the Ministry of Finance that approves the Regulation of said legal body, the services that are tendered are not included in the Catalog of Framework Agreement of the Public Procurement and Contracting Directorate. The San Jose Osorno Base Hospital, hereinafter also "The Hospital", calls for offers to be submitted through public bidding. The present Administrative Bases establish the provisions that will govern the tender, award, subsequent contract and procedure celebrated by the Osorno Base Hospital, for the contracting of the AGREEMENT FOR SUPPLY REAGENTS FOR THE EXECUTION OF RESPIRATORY EXAMS OF MOLECULAR BIOLOGY COMPATIBLE WITH AUTOMATED EQUIPMENT IN HBSJO LABORATORY. Natural or legal persons who have the capacity to contract with the State Administration, and who do not register any of the disabilities established in sections 1 and 6 of article 4 of Law No. 19,886, may participate in the bidding. Public Procurement and Contracting Law. The form of this public tender corresponds to an acquisition greater than 10,000 UTM.
