Description: That, the Hospital of Salvador needs to have an AGREEMENT FOR THE SUPPLY OF ONCOLOGICAL MEDICATIONS G-9 IN CASE OF NON-DISPLAY FROM CENABAST FOR Ed0311b314139639afa8d9993705f8a28L HOSPITAL DEL SALVADOR with the purpose of adequately and efficiently satisfying the care work during the period 2023-2025. That, the hospital must implement "Complementary Measures", to ensure the supply of medicines intermediated by CENABAST, in the face of repeated requests.stock shortages and non-compliance arising from its suppliers; That, for the determined amount, this tender is located in the section for contracts of those equal to or greater than 1,000 UTM and less than 5,000 UTM, in accordance with Article 19 bis of the Regulation of Law No. 19,886,d0311b314139639afa8d9993705f8a28taking into account that the therapies cannot be interrupted due to the adverse effects they generate.
