- These administrative bases and technical bases are intended for the "Supply Agreement Acquisition of aspiration bags with Comodato equipment for the central pavilion service of the San Juan de Dios Hospital of the Andes". For these purposes, and from these bidding bases, The provisions that will govern this bankruptcy process are established.
