- The Herminda Martin de Chillan Clinical Hospital calls for public tender through the Public Market Portal, to sign the "Professional Professional Services Agreement with Training in Retina Subspecialty for the care of users with diabetic retinopathy", with the purpose to ensure the continuity in the care of patients who require this type of benefit. The foregoing, considering that the institutional human resource is not sufficient to meet the current care demand, being necessary to tender these services in order to guarantee attention timely, resolutive and quality, in accordance with the clinical protocol of the requesting unit. This tender seeks to obtain the best relationship between quality, opportunity and price in the provision of the service.
