In accordance with the Public Procurement Law NO 19,886, its Regulations and modifications, the Ovalle Provincial Hospital calls for public bidding from companies or suppliers in the sector, natural or legal persons, Chilean or foreign, as well as Unions. Temporary Suppliers, to celebrate the contracting of an "AGREEMENT FOR AIR TRANSFER SERVICE OF PATIENTS FROM THE PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL OF OVALLE", for a period of 24 (twenty-four) months, or until the reference budget is exhausted and whose objective is the efficient and timely transfer of patients and that cause a great impact on the quality of care of users, as well as on their health. This process will be carried out through the Information System of the Public Procurement and Contracting Directorate www.mercadopublico.cl, as established in Law NO 19,886 and its Regulations. The administrative bases and their technical specifications establish the conditions that will govern this tender and the subsequent contract that is celebrated to comply with this aim.
