- Sodium hyaluronate 0.4% Ophthalmic solution without preservative is not within the Annual Purchasing and Hiring Plan year 2025 for the San Jose hospital complex, approved by the Exempt Resolution No. 410, of January 31, 2025; However, the pharmacy unit, through the Extraordinary Purchase Application NO51, of March 12, 2025, requests: "It is made of medication incorporated into a pharmacy committee made on 02-27-2025, where the agreement was: the incorporation of 1000 FCOS/month of ophthalmic solution of sodium hyaluronate 0.4% without preservatives is authorized. For the following indications: - Management of the disease of the ocular surface. - adjuvant management of corneal diseases. - Blefaritis adjuvant management.
