- These administrative bases, hereinafter the Bases, are part of the public proposal called "Acquisition of Chlorhexidine Colutations 0.12% and dental brushes for the health centers of the Municipal Corporation of Puente Alto "which contain the provisions that will govern las relations between the corporation and the suppliers. The products required in this tender, as well as its quantity and characteristics, must strictly adjust to the technical specifications that complement these bases. In the event not to adjust to these technical specifications, The offers will be out of bases, not proceeding their evaluation. The presentation of the offers will imply the knowledge and acceptance of these bases, technical specifications and other documents of this tender, so that the winner of the proposal will be bound in the terms provided in the aforementioned documents.
