Description:
First: that the Dr. Alfonso Asenjo Neurosurgery Institute, belongs to the Network of Public Health Establishments and that since 2010 it has the quality of self -managed establishment in Network; second: that the Neurosurgery Institute needs the acquisition in the supply of medicines For the Pharmacy Unit, in order to be able to properly meet the care demand that has legally been entrusted to the establishment; third: which corresponds to ensure the transparency of this process and know the conditions of supply prevailing in the market under the Modality of the public tender in the Purchasing and Public Procurement System established in Law No. 19,886 and its Regulations; Fourth: That the absence of Marcos Agreements signed by the Directorate of Purchases and Public Procurement, in the catalog of goods and services offered has been verified In the Public Market Information System, for the purpose of these bidding bases; fifth: that it has been estimated that the bidding process that will be regulated by these bases, according to budgetary estimates, will not exceed 5,000 UTM, as a total expenditure, including taxes that they must be applied in this regard; Sixth: that because they are simple and objective services of specification, the circumstances indicated in article 46 of Decree 661 of the Ministry of Finance that sets the Regulation of Law No. 19,886, therefore, the present tender s...
