• Products or services: Women's coats and jackets, Women's shirts or blouses, Women's pants and shorts, Men's coats and jackets, Men's shirts, Men's pants and shorts Fundación Integra requires purchasing uniform clothing for workers in kindergartens and daycare centers in the Maule region, in accordance with the provisions of these Special Administrative Bases, General Administrative Bases, Technical Bases, and Annexes. This public tender is governed, as far as pertinent to the legal nature of Fundación Integra as a legal entity under private law, by Law NO19,886, on Bases on Administrative Contracts for the Supply and Provision of Services and its Regulations, approved by Supreme Decree NO 661, from 2024, from the Ministry of Finance; by Law NO19,880, which establishes Bases of the Administrative Procedures that Govern the Acts of the Bodies of the State Administration; by these Special Administrative Bases, Administrative Bases General, Technical Bases and Annexes; for the queries that the bidders eventually make within the framework of the bidding process and the responses provided by the Foundation; for the clarifications to the Bases formulated by Integra and its modifications, if there are, as long as they contribute to determining their scope and meaning.
