In accordance with Public Procurement Law 19,886 and its modifications, and Decree 661 that establishes its regulations, the Chiloe Local Public Education Service calls for public bidding from natural or legal persons, companies or suppliers in the field, or temporary union of suppliers, to contract "ACQUISITION OF TRAINING SERVICES FOR EDUCATIONAL TEAMS OF EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS DEPENDENT ON THE LOCAL PUBLIC EDUCATION SERVICE OF CHILOE", in order to satisfy their demand in an efficient and effective manner. This consists of the acquisition of training services that include food service for attendees and others according to technical specifications. In light of the above, the Local Service calls for this bidding process in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Law NO19,886 and the Decree NO250 which establishes its regulations and its modifications; and Law NO20,248 and its modifications, in order to satisfy your demand in an efficient and effective manner. The administrative and technical Bases establish the conditions that will govern the bidding process and the subsequent contract that is concluded, to fulfill this objective.
