1. The Aconcagua Health Service requires the acquisition of supplies from the Pharmacy Fund Program for chronic non-communicable diseases (FOFAR) and Cardiovascular Health (PSCV). 2. Purchase Request NO33, Parts Office NO587 (Internal NO714), presented by the applicant from the Primary Care Directorate, was duly approved and authorized by the Director of Primary Care, the Deputy Director of Care Management, the Deputy Director of Physical and Financial Resources and the Head of the Finance Department, who support the Acquisition. 3. That, in compliance with current regulations on public procurement, the Electronic Catalog of the Framework Agreement, Circular Economy was reviewed and it was found that the product(s) and/or service(s) required They are not available in said catalog. 4.
