- This acquisition includes what is established in the technical specifications of the tender, and includes, as an exemplary, the delivery of a vehicle new and unused, duly equipped as a Mommon Mammography Clinic, which must comply with the EURO 5 OR EMISSION REGULATION superior, and carry the institutional graph of the Metropolitan Regional Government and the Illustrious Municipality of Lampa, in accordance with the guidelines given by the Regional Government. Likewise, the vehicle must be delivered with current circulation permit, certificate of technical review or approval, and the mandatory personal accident insurance (SOAP). It will be exclusive responsibility of the bidder awarded to manage and obtain the corresponding health permits before the Regional Minister of Health of the Metropolitan Region. Within the services to be executed by the offeror Awarded, the technical induction aimed at municipal personnel regarding the general functioning of the vehicle and all installed clinical accessories and clinical equipment must be considered, including their operation, basic maintenance, safety protocols and failure resolution common. This induction must be carried out in the field, in municipal offices or in a place coordinated with the Technical Unit, and must be duly registered by act signed by the participants.
