The Purchase Request NO15, Parts Office NO349 (Internal NO451), presented by the requester of the Welfare Unit, was duly approved and authorized by the Head of the Welfare Unit, the Deputy Director of People Development Management, the Head Quality of Work Life Department, who support the Acquisition. 3. The Exempt Resolution NO 1996 dated 06.10.2025 that Declares PRIVATE TENDER ID 1717-1-LE25 Void. 4. Memorandum NO211 dated 06.10.205, Office of Parties NO1590 dated 07.10.2025 from the Head of Welfare Unit who requests to call for private bidding. 5.
