- Integra Foundation, requires acquiring fungible material for the second half of the year 2025 for kindergartens and crib halls of the institution, in accordance with the provisions of these special administrative bases, general administrative bases, technical bases, and annexes. The present present Public tender is governed, in the relevant to the legal nature of the Integra Foundation as a legal entity of private law, by Law No19.886, of bases on administrative contracts of supply and provision of services and its regulations, approved by Supreme Decree No. 661, of 2024, of the Ministry of Finance; by Law No19,880, which establishes the basis of the administrative procedures that govern the acts of the State Administration bodies; for these special administrative bases, general administrative bases, technical bases and annexes; by consultations that the bidders eventually carry out within the framework of the bidding process and the responses delivered by the Foundation; Due to the clarifications to the bases formulated by Integra and their modifications, if there are, as they contribute to determining the scope and sense of them.
