Description: The purpose of this public tender is to hire the external audit service that evaluates the budget execution and the financial statements of the Municipality of Cartagena corresponding to the years 2017 - 2018 - 2019 - 2020 and first Semester of the year 2021 (in all its areas), in order to know impartially, technically, based and documented the behavior of the financial management of the municipality and to verify the reasonableness and relevance of the figures consigned in the reports of financial compliance and municipal budgetary in that period, in accordance with internationally recognized audit standards, and the regulatory framework established by the Comptroller General of the Republic, identified by the Office CGR No. 60,820, of the year 2005, on the General Accounting System of the Nation, its modifications and complementary documents, all of the above, according to what is indicated in the present bases.
