The Purchase Request NO28, Office of Parts NO545 (Internal NO667), presented by the Technical Reference of the Mental Health Department, was duly approved and authorized by the Head of the Mental Health Department, the Deputy Director of Care Management, the Deputy Director of Physical and Financial Resources and the Head of the Finance Department, those who support the Acquisition. 3. That, in compliance with current regulations on public procurement, the Electronic Catalog of the Framework Agreement was reviewed and parts of the required products are found in the Framework Agreement for general, school and clinical furniture. 4. That on 11/05/2025 I publish the quote NO ID 5802381-2554VTJA, with product lines associated with the categories awarded in said agreement. 5. That on 11/14/2025, the Supply Unit receives Memorandum NO 100 from the Department of Mental Health, Parts Office NO1812 dated 11/14/2025, which Opening and Evaluation Minutes are attached. 6.
