- The need to strengthen the science area of the Jorge Teillier Sandoval Lyceum, guaranteeing adequate equipment for the development of laboratory practices, which access to the appropriate laboratory material is essential to improve practical learning in subjects such as chemistry, bilogia,and physics, which is the responsibility of the educational administration to guarantee the necessary resources for the academic development of its students. That, the public service is empowered to carry out tender or public proposal in amparo to the provisions of the aforementioned law19,886. Therefore, through this approval act, the administrative bases prepared and that contain the requirements to contract the services are authorized. The legal regulations in force contained in the Public Purchases Law and its regulations under which the process is governedof public bidding, of free concurrence and equality before the bases to which the participants are submitted, under entire responsibility and assumed to be knowledgeable of the requirements. That the respective frames have previously been reviewed, the respective frameworks and service are not foundassociated, therefore, the call for public tender of this contract is necessary.
