- First: that the Institute of Neurosurgery, Establishment of Public Health specialized in the treatment of high complexity neurosurgical pathologies, has the need for the acquisition of deserts of neurorradiology, for the Dr. Asenjo Neurosurgery Institute, to satisfy The demand for the Neurorradiology Service, for a period of 12 twelve months. SECOND: That the requirement is contemplated in the annual purchasing plan of the year 2025. Third: which corresponds to ensure the transparency of this process and know the supplying conditions prevailing in the market under the Modality of the public tender in the Purchasing and Public Procurement System established in Law No. 19,886 and its Regulations.
