- 1. The Aconcagua health service requires the acquisition of critical and usual supplies for the second semester, to make ambulance transfers in the Aconcagua valley. 2. The purchase application NO44, Office of Parts NO302 (internal NO392), presented by the Requirement of Samu Aconcagua, It was properly approved and authorized by Chief Samu Aconcagua, the Deputy Director of Assistance Management, the Deputy Director of Physical and Financial Resources and the Head of the Department of Finance, who support the acquisition. 3. That, in compliance with current regulations in public purchases, He reviewed the electronic framework of the Framework Agreement and it was found that the required product (s) and/or service (s) are not available in said catalog. 4. That, as established in the Regulation, the State Administration bodies must award the contracts concluded for Product acquisition (s) or service contracting (s) by public tender, when the framework mechanism is not appropriate, or, exceptionally, by private tender, direct treatment or other special contracting procedure; 5.
