- That, the Hospital del Salvador does not have the possibility of carrying out the service training courses of officials of the Hospital del Salvador, being necessary to comply with the annual staff training plan, so it requires contracting of accredited institutions, in order to properly and efficiently solve the care work during the year 2025; That, the acquisition of courses for the execution of the Annual Training Plan 2025, Group NO3 of the Hospital del Salvador, is linked to the project under ID NO1057489-78-PC25, corresponding to the Annual Purchasing Plan year 2025; That, due to the certain amount, this tender is located in the section for hiring equal to or greater than 100 UTM and less than 1,000 UTM, in accordance with article 36 of the Regulation of Law No. 19,886; That, made the respective consultations, the provision of the benefits of acquisition of courses for the execution of the Annual Training Plan 2025 Group NO3 to officials of the Hospital del Salvador is not available by Marcos agreements offered in the Information System of the Purchasing Directorate, www.mercadoPublica.cl;
