1. The Aconcagua Health Service requires the acquisition of clinical supplies to carry out patient transfers SAMU 2025. 2. The Purchase Request NO62, Parts Office NO576 (Intern NO700), presented by the requester of SAMU Aconcagua, was duly approved and authorized by the Chief SAMU Aconcagua, the Deputy Director of Care Management, the Deputy Director of Resources Physical and Financial and the Head of the Finance Department, who support the Acquisition. 3.
