Description: The objective of this tender is to hire the acquisition and intelligent access control service for residents of the Las Condes commune, be it buildings, condominiums, among others, for a period of 48 months. It seeks to provide the residents of the commune of Las Condes a preventive security medium for the protection and control of access to their homes, both for residents and their visits. Being a critical mission system of continuous functioning and without intermittences, constant support of equipment and systems is required throughout the validity of the contract. All equipment I requested in these bidding bases must be new at the time of delivery or installation. The equipment and equipment acquired and installed, and that are part of these bidding bases, will be owned by the Municipality of Las Condes . The estimated amount of the contract is up to UTM 123,550.- VAT included.
