Products or services: License management software The National Accreditation Commission, hereinafter the “Commission” or “CNA”, is an autonomous public body, created by Law NO20.129, of 2006, whose function is to evaluate, accredit and promote the quality of Universities, Professional Institutes and autonomous Technical Training Centers and the careers and programs they offer. In turn, article 11 of the aforementioned law establishes that the Commission has an Executive Secretariat, whose function is to support the development of the processes that the law entrusts to the CNA. In its Annual Purchasing and Contracting Plan for the year 2025, approved by Exempt Resolution NO015-3, of January 20, 2025 and its modifications, the acquisition and renewal of Software Licenses for the National Accreditation Commission. The objective of these bases is to determine and define the general conditions that must be applied for the bidding, contracting and execution of the acquisition and renewal of software licenses for the National Accreditation Commission.
