Description:
These bases will regulate the public proposal for the "Acquisition and installation of 03 dental armchairs equipped to be implemented in UAPO - Uaporrino - Comudef dependencies", which performs the Municipal Corporation of Florida, without prejudice, of the provisions of the special bases,Technical specifications, clarifications and/or modifications elaborated by the Technical Unit responsible for it; Law No19.886 that regulates the bases on supply administrative contracts and its regulations; Law No19,880, on the basis of administrative procedures that govern the acts of the organsof state administration; Law N20,730 that regulates the lobby and the efforts that represent interest before the authorities and officials participating in the evaluation commission, of the bidding processes; Law No20.285 on access to public information; Law No20.880 on probity inthe public function and prevention of conflicts of interest; Law NO20.123, which regulates work in subcontracting regime, the operation of transient service companies, and the employment contract; Law No.20,584 that regulates the rights and duties of people in relation toActions linked to your health care.
