1. The Aconcagua Health Service requires the acquisition of 01 Basic Emergency Ambulance and its equipment to the SAR Segismundo Iturra Construction Project, BIP Code 30458866-0. 2. The Purchase Request NO39, Official Letter NO399 (Internal NO521), presented by the Technical Reference of the Physical Resources Department, was duly approved and authorized by the Head of the Resources Department, the Deputy Director of Physical and Financial Resources, who support the acquisition of the requested ambulance. Decree NO87 dated 03.02.2025 that identifies the Investment Initiative in the Public Sector Budget. 3. Exempt Resolution NO2075 dated 10/15/2025 that Declares Tender ID 2200-44-LP25 Void, for not complying with the technical specifications. 4. Memorandum NO199 dated 15.10.205, Office of Parties NO1630 dated 15.10.2025 of the Head of the Physical Resources Department who requests to call for private bidding. 5. That, according to the provisions of article 65 of the aforementioned Regulation, when opting for the Private Bidding process, the invitation made by the bidding Entity must be sent to a minimum of three possible suppliers who have been awarded businesses of a similar nature to those that are the subject of the private tender.
