The Objective is to Improve citizen security through the acquisition of 3,500 security cameras homes destined for the residents of the commune. These cameras must allow: remote monitoring of the home by neighbors, through a mobile application or web platform, generation of security alerts in the event of motion detection, intrusions or other configurable events, issuance of automatic reports capable of activating: a community audible alarm sent to the mobile phones of nearby neighbors, an immediate notification to the Municipal Security Center, with registration of the event.
