Description: The main objective of this public proposal is to hire the service of surgical interventions of cardiac surgeries, to respond to institutional patients GES and no GES, vital emergencies, and patients derived from the National Fonasa Health Fund. that require these surgical interventions. The need to make these surgeries outside of institutional hours is given under the context of the high existing demand, not being able to have the ability to institutional surgical resolution. These interventions will be held in establishment dependencies, outside institutional hours, and beneficiaries of the public health system, in the best possible conditions for both parties, as detailed in technical bases and in Annex No. 1.
