- Description:
- The objective of the present call to public tender is to provide the electoral service, hereinafter Servel or Service, the estimated acquisition of 85 new notebooks computational equipment, or the amount that is feasible in accordance with budgetary availability, according to specifications that are indicate in technical bases. However, the price to be offered in Annex No. 3 must be unitary, that is, by one (1) Notebook computational equipment, and Servel will calculate the number of equipment resulting in accordance with the available budget of up to 1,000 UTM, for whose amount and quantity the order will be issued purchase. In addition, an aid table service provided by the offeror for the management of the required guarantees should be considered. However, the service reserves the power to define the total number of computational equipment to acquire, which may not in any case exceed the 1,000 UTM.
