Description:
The "acquisition of implants and supplies for traumatological ankle and foot surgery for CAPLC users" is required. The specific technical characteristics and conditions of this contract are detailed in point 1.3. of these bases. The hiring will have an initial duration of 12 months, with the possibility of renewal for an additional period of up to 12 months, under the same conditions established in the bases of this tender. It is recorded that this tender is carried out under the supply modality, that is, that the CAPLC will require the supplies periodically according to your needs, until reaching the maximum amount awarded or until the end of the contract, which happens first. The agreement contemplates the delivery of traumatological instrumental boxes, destined to the regular use of the CAPLC. Since the quantity and type of interventions cannot be foreseen Exactly -they depend on the type of fracture to be treated -, the supplier is required to deliver complete boxes. The CAPLC will pay only for the inputs effectively used in each intervention.
