Description: The main objective of this public proposal is to hire the service of surgical interventions of Biliopancreas, to respond to institutional patients, and patients derived from the National Fonasa Health Fund requiring these surgical interventions. The need to make these surgeries outside of institutional hours is given under the context of the high existing demand, not being able to have the ability to institutional surgical resolution. These interventions will be held in establishment dependencies, outside institutional hours, and beneficiaries of the public health system, in the best possible conditions for both parties, as detailed in technical bases and in Annex No. 1.
