Description: The main objective of this public proposal is to hire the purchase of services of emergency surgical interventions of the knee trauma specialty, to respond to institutional patients deferred and waiting list, and patients Derivatives of the National Fonasa Health Fund, which require these surgical interventions. These interventions will be held in establishment dependencies, outside institutional hours, and beneficiaries of the public health system, in the best possible conditions for both parties, as detailed in technical bases and in Annex No. 1.
