That, for the correct performance and fulfillment of his functions, and in relation to safe movement both within the commune and to and from rural sectors, the Mayor requires an institutional vehicle that allows him facilitate their supervisory tasks and attention to the needs of the community. 2. The provisions of Article 39 of the Constitutional Organic Law of Municipalities, which states "The mayor will have the right to use a municipal vehicle to carry out the activities of his office, without that the restrictions established by the current regulations regarding its circulation and the obligation to wear a distinctive disc are applicable to it." 3. That, to comply with what was stated in the previous point and through public bidding, a 4 x vehicle was acquired in 2018. 4 Brand Toyota Model 4Runner SR5 4x4 Year 2018 Color White, which and according to a series of defects that were duly reported to the Chief of Municipal Works and the Honorable Municipal Council in person by Mr. Mechanical Engineer Hans Pooley who provides services to the Municipality. 4. That, by virtue of the above and in pursuit of probity, a technical-economic report was formally requested from a motor vehicle maintenance and repair company (Importadora Transworld Suply Limitda) to repair the detected failures, including spare parts and labor. o...
