These bidding bases are formulated to establish the regulation of the process of acquiring "Histopathological Studies Service of renal biopsy for the La Florida hospital", and regulate among other aspects the conditions that the offers must meet, the stages of the process Bidding, its form of evaluation and adjudication, the conditions of the contract, and all the aspects necessary for the correct acquisition process. The provider may not offer a service other than that established in these bidding bases or accessories or extras not contemplated in the Technical requirements. Any non -required extra will not be considered in the evaluation.
