Description: The main objective of this public proposal is to hire the human resource necessary for the purchase of service of surgical interventions of cardiac surgery, to respond to patients at the standby waiting list, ie GES patients and No GES, and emergencies with severe functional sequelae, which require these surgical interventions to improve their health condition. These interventions will be held in establishment dependencies, outside institutional hours, and beneficiaries of the public health system, in the best possible conditions for both parties, as detailed in technical bases and annex No. 1.
