Tender name: 192-23 Serv. Interv. Qx Urology Oncology
Description : The main objective of this public proposal is to contract the Surgical Interventions Service of the Oncology Urology Specialty, to respond to GES patients with a guarantee of opportunity whoare awaiting surgical treatment for prostate cancer, kidney cancer, testicular cancer and bladder cancer that cannot be resolved in the institutional pavilion within the legal period. Said interventions will be carried out in dependencies of the Establishment, and outside institutional hours.onal, to beneficiary patients of the FONASA National Health Fund, in the best possible conditions for both parties, as detailed in the administrative and technical bases, and in Annex No. 1. The respective contract will be subject to the provisions of the Decree with Force of Law No. 36, of 10 d1edf014045db26d31a02a5bbb8891997e July 1980 of the Ministry of Health and its modifications introduced by Law No. 18,417, in this sense, The Provider of Health Actions will be obliged to provide on behalf of and on behalf of the Hospital, and by way of delegation, in accordance with what required by inc. 1 of art. 2 of the DFL 3680 to the Beneficiaries of the Health Benefits Regime of Law No. 18,469, the actions of prevention, promotion, recovery, protection or rehabilitation of health that are tendered by this act.
